Blackfin Charters is hosted on the 33-foot Blackfin Flybridge, Karen E. docked at Cordage Park in Plymouth, MA. The vessel is owned and operated by Captain Jack Cameron. Captain Jack holds a 100-ton U.S. Coast Guard Masters License and has over 30 years of experience on the water.

Karen E. will have a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable mate onboard. The mate will provide assistance and instruction during the trip. If you catch a keeper, they also will clean/fillet the catch for you.

The mate ensures everyone onboard has a safe, fun, and hopefully rewarding day. The mate arrives ahead of each trip and departs long after the goodbyes, to ensure the boat is ready for a great day on the water.

A 20% gratuity is considered industry standard, (much like restaurant wait staff) for the mate and should be included in your planning.

As with all plans, we have to work with the weather when planning our day on the water. The Captain reserves the right to alter or cancel any trip due to weather and safety concerns. If adverse weather is a factor, we will work with you to reschedule or refund the trip.
